Charles and Diedre Banks founded The Banks Foundation, Inc. in February 2017. Charles Banks graduated from the top-rated mechanical engineering program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He has a successful career as a mechanical engineer for Exxon Mobil where he has worked for almost twenty years. Diedre Banks graduated from the top rated UIUC accountancy program with a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting. She has experience in public accounting, private industry, and the U.S. government. She left the workforce in 2018 to work full-time for the foundation and devote her life to ministry. 

Since our founding in 2017, The Banks Foundation, Inc. has developed and grown in a positive direction. We have supported education through scholarships, school supplies, educational sponsorships, and other community outreach. 

Charles and Diedre Banks believe in the power of education and what it can do for our world. They also believe in giving back to our communities in love.
